Scrapbook Ideas & TipsHow to Organize a Scrapbook Room

Scrapbook Ideas & TipsHow to Organize a Scrapbook Room
Now where is it? I know I put it somewhere.
Wouldn't you like to be able to go into your scrapbook room and put your hands right on
something and get to stamping? I'm Janet Casto your independent demonstrator with Stampin'
Up! And what I'm going to give you is a few tips today on how I organize my scrapbooking
room and you might get some hints from these that you can use, too. What I like to do with
my stamp sets, the come in various sizes, I like to keep the label end facing out towards
me on my shelf and I put the same sizes together. So I would put those together and then these
would be on another shelf and the smaller on yet another shelf. This makes it easy for
me to at a glance see what I have.

I also keep seasonal stamps together and I keep my
alphabets and words together. For my paper I keep it in a little bin, little file holder
bin and I know at a glance what I have and what I need to order. My table, my desk, I
like to keep it clear. I like to have a piece of grid paper where I can sit down and work
immediately and not have to move everything around before I get started.

My accessories
like ribbons and eyelets and brads and things like that I like to keep it in little containers.
They're all on a spinner of some kind so I. Can at a glance see what I have. And what
I want to use on my next creation. My punches I like to keep these all in a big box, a pull
out box that's right by my desk.

I keep the smaller ones in one bin and the larger ones
in another. It makes a quick and easy way to find what I'm looking for and also take
them out to my classes and events. These are just a few ideas on how to keep your room
organized. I'm Janet Casto your Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and I hope you take a few of
these ideas and use them then come up with some on your own.

Because an organized craft
room makes your day wonderful..

Scrapbook Ideas & TipsHow to Make a Vacation Scrapbook

Scrapbook Ideas & TipsHow to Make a Vacation Scrapbook
If you're like me and you've just come back
from vacation you've got a lot of pictures that you took over the holiday. And I'm going
to show you a quick and easy way that you can get those organized into a vacation scrapbook.
I'm Janet Casto your independent demonstrator with Stampin' Up! Here's one of the first
albums that we're going to make. And it's using on board chipboard that I've just covered
with some designer paper and then cut out some coordinating sheets to go with it. And
this is a great place to put all of my pictures from my vacation.

They fit perfectly in here.
You have room for journaling and adding embellishments. So that's one way to do it. And all I did
here on the end to tie it all together using my cropodial and some large eyelets and some
rings from the store, tying on some ribbons and make it beautiful. And I'm going to show
you the next one is a little bit of stepping out of the box.

Say you've gone on a beach
vacation. Well how about a flip flop album. Isn't that neat? And all you've done is taken
a pair of flip flops any size, preferably something that you've gotten very inexpensively.
I've taken some coordinating paper, scored it, added some die cut adhesives and I'm using
both sides so I have a front and a back of my summer vacation. Oops, this way.

There
you go. Any size of these will fit. One size fits all. They're a lot of fun to make.

I'm
Janet Casto your independent demonstrator with Stampin' Up! I hope you enjoyed your
vacation and will put all of your pictures into a photo album..

Scrapbook Ideas & TipsHow to Design a Birthday Scrapbook

Scrapbook Ideas & TipsHow to Design a Birthday Scrapbook
Everyone has a birthday and everyone would
like to capture those memories with a birthday scrapbook. I'm Janet Casto your independent
demonstrator with Stampin' Up and I'm going to show you a cute way to have your memories
of your birthday, and a little scrapbook. It doesn't have to be a big 6x6 or 12x12 scrapbook,
this makes perfect size scrapbook for a little party and what I'm using is my confetti simply
scrapping kit, and I've taken the paper out of there, one of the colors to take in with
teal. I've cut them to 6x3 and a 1/4, and I've used 3 of those.

And then I'm using all
of the coordinating dye cut stickers that come with this kit, and I'm just decorating
each page. So on the first page it says "happy happy happy" with a little birthday cake and
what I've done here is just punched a couple holes with my Cropadile, and I've used some
of the old olive ribbon in here and then I've just tied them together. Here's a sticker
for the party menu. So your, your child can do that.

Here's a page for the guest of honor
and then of course you want to leave blank spaces for the photo's you're going to take
at the party for your journaling that you're going to do. Now you can make this age appropriate
for any age to a young child to an adult. A birthday scrapbook is a fun way to take
care of your memories and to show to grandma or all your friends, and have pleasant memories
of your birthday party. I know I look forward every year to my birthday.

So I'm Janet Casto
your independent demonstrator with Stampin' Up, I hope you take the time and have a great
birthday, and make this coordinating scrapbook to go along with your party..
