20x20 Scrapbook #65. SeiteFifth Page [eng sub]

20x20 Scrapbook #65. SeiteFifth Page [eng sub]
We cut out a paper that measures 20x40cm on the right side and 20,8x40cm on the left side. We are going to fold the paper and the flap and attach tape to it and use this flap to glue the page together. Then we have our basic page, that is going to be attached to the binding on the left side and it is open on the top for the tag. Next, we cut out two papers with the size of 12x10cm and we score them at 8mm.

And we cut out a paper with the size of 19,9x32cm. We are going to make a score line at 1cm and another one after 17cm. So this side of the paper is 14cm long. Before glueing the papers onto our basic page, we are going to cut off the edge of the flap by using a template.

This paper is going to be gued to the right side of our basic page. Make sure the page is open at the left side and at the top. After glueing this onto our basic page, we are going to have a flap, that opens up to the left. Im going to apply glue to the flap.

Now, these two flaps are going to be glued. We are going to glue them onto the top and the bottom of the paper, that opens up to the left. Next, we are going to attach magnets onto the paper. I already cut out design paper, colored the edges and put tape at the back of the paper.

So now we can glue it to our page. For the closure, we are going to use a brad. Therefore we are going to make a little hole right here. For the back of the page we cut out two papers with the size of 17x10,7cm and we score the paper at 8mm.

We are going to glue these papers evenly at the left and at the right side of the page. Make sure the paper is open at the right side and at the top. But first we are going to round the corners of the flaps. Next, we cut out two papers with the size of 19,9x9,7cm and we score the paper at 8mm.

And we are going to round the corners. These two flaps are going to be glued onto the middle of our basic page. So we have two flaps, that open up to the middle. Next, we are going to attach magnets onto the paper.

Now, we are going to glue design paper onto our page again. Next, we are going to attach brads to both of our flaps. Now, we are going to make a tag. The paper has the size of 21x18,5cm.

We mark the paper at 1cm, cut that flap off, but we leave this little part in the middle, so we can pull out the tag easily. And now, we are going to glue design paper onto it. Now, the page is finished..

20x20 Scrapbook #32. SeiteSecond Page [eng sub]

20x20 Scrapbook #32. SeiteSecond Page [eng sub]
We cut out a paper that measures 20x40cm on the right side and 20,8x40cm on the left side. This flap on the top left mesures 8mm. And we are going to fold the flap and attach tape to it and use this flap to glue the page together. We fold the paper in the middle.

Then we receive two open sides. This is our base page. The page is open on the left side, because this is the place, where the page is going to be attached onto the binding of the book. And it is open on the top, where we can insert a tag.

Next, we cut out two papers with the size of 19x18cm. And we score both on top at 8mm. After attaching tape to the flap we are going to glue one paper at the top and the other one at the bottom of our page. Before glueing it to our the page, we are going to use a template and cut off the edge of the flap.

On the other paper we are going to punch the corners. Now, we glue the papers onto our page. Make sure the paper is open at the left side and at the top. Next, we cut out two papers with the size of 12x9,5cm.

And we score both at 8mm. Then we are going to glue them onto the paper that opens up. First, we are going to punch the corners. Now we are going to attach magnets onto the the paper.

I already cut out design paper, colored the edges and put tape at the back of the paper. So now we can glue it to our page. The front is finished now and we proceed with the back of the page. Now, we cut out a paper with the size of 20x19cm, 16x19cm, 12x17,5cm and 16x13cm.

And we score the paper at 8mm. Before glueing it to the top of the page, we are going to use a template and cut off the edges of the flaps. We are going to take the paper with the size of 16x19cm and round the corners of it. The we glue the paper with the size of 12x17,5cm on the right side of the other paper, right beside the score line.

Then we glue the paper with the size of 16x13cm onto the same paper, but on the top. Now, make sure that the base page is open at the rigt side and at the top. And now, we take the papers we glued together and glue them at the right side of our base page. Then we take the paper with the size of 20x19cm and glue it to the left side of the base page.

We round the corners again. Now we are going to attach magnets onto the paper. Next, we glue the design paper onto our page. Now, we cut out a paper with the size of 20x5cm and round two corners of it.

Then we add glue onto these three sides and glue it onto our page, so it will create a pocket. But first, we are going to glue design paper onto it. Now, we are going to make a tag. It has the size of 21x18,5cm.

We mark the paper at 1cm, cut that flap off, but we leave this little part in the middle, so we can pull out the tag easily. And now, we are going to glue design paper onto it. Now, the second page is finished..

20x20 Scrapbook #8FertigstellungAssembly + Review [eng sub]

20x20 Scrapbook #8FertigstellungAssembly + Review [eng sub]
The pages are finished, so now I can put everything together. We are going to adhere the 6 pages onto the binding. But first, we are going to cut off the edges of the hinges. Next, we put double sided tape on both sides of the hinges.

Then we take out the tag of our pocket page. Next, we are going to glue the left side of the page onto our binding. We repeat this with the other pages, but first, we take off the protecitve film. And the we adhere the page onto the binding.

Make sure everything is even and then press it to the hinge. We repeat this with the other pages. Now, we are going to glue the design paper onto our cover. I already cut out the paper, colored the edges and put tape at the back of the paper.

When everything is attached, we can embellish the album cover. And then we are finished..

20x20 Scrapbook #1Cover & Bindung (Hidden Hinge) [eng sub]

20x20 Scrapbook #1Cover & Bindung (Hidden Hinge) [eng sub]
The Mini Album will have 6 pages with the size of 20x20cm. First, we are going to make the cover of the album. I cut out two pieces with the size of 21x21cm. The book spine measures 21x4cm.

And next, we are going to glue the chipboard onto this paper, with the size of 27x52cm. The paper is 3cm bigger at the edges. Before glueing the chipboard onto the paper, make sure to leave a space between the spine and the two pieces of chipboard. The space has to be at least as wide as the thickness of the chipboard (2mm).

So the paper wont tear when we close the cover. Now, we glue this onto the paper. Then we are going to cut off the corners. Now, we are going to score the paper, so it will be easier to tape it onto the chipboard.

The tape is already attached and now we are going to adhere glue, and tape the edges onto the chipboard. Then we score the space next to our spine, so it will be easier to fold. Now, we can fold the album. Next, we proceed with the binding.

We are going to need paper with the size of 20x24,5cm. I drew all the score lines onto a white paper, so you can see it better. On both sides of the paper we are going to leave a space measuring 5cm. Then we are going to make our first score line.

Then we leave a space of 1cm and another cm. Then 0,5cm and then again 1cm two times and so on. The dashed lines stand for the spaces between the pages and the 1cm sections will hold our pages. The first score line is going to be a valley fold.

The next score line (between the two 1cm sections) is going to be a mountain fold. Then again two valley folds, one mountain fold, two valley folds and so on. Now we can almost see how the binding is going to look. Next, we are going to glue the both 1cm sections together by putting tape on the back of the paper.

Now, it looks like this. Then we fold the hinges both way, so our pages will turn easily. Now, we are going to attach the binding onto the album cover. I already put adhesive tape onto the binding and next, Im going to add glue to these parts.

Make sure to use a very strong adhesive. And then we are going to glue our binding to the spine. At the end, we are going to score the paper, where it is going to be folded. Then we are done..
